Les Forts de Latour is the second wine of Château Latour, one of Bordeaux’s legendary First Growth estates. First produced in 1966, it is sourced from specific vineyard parcels (including mature vines outside the core Enclos) rather than simply being a downgraded selection of the Grand Vin.
Often considered “a second wine in name only,” Les Forts consistently performs at the level of a classified growth, offering a more approachable, but still age-worthy, expression of Pauillac.
