Customer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. Unless you instruct us otherwise, you agree that we shall arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with a common carrier to make the delivery. We reserve the right to determine the propriety of shipping instructions and may refuse to ship if we deem it inappropriate or unsafe (example: extreme weather during Summer or Winter months). If shipment is returned for any reason other than Plume Ridge Bottle Shop’s error, the customer must pay any additional shipping required.
Please note we are not open to the public. All orders must be arranged via local delivery, curbside pick up or shipping as per local state law.
Delivery Information
When you order products from Plume Ridge Bottle Shop, you can be assured we will handle your wine with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver wines to your door. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. An adult must be present upon delivery of package. All orders legally require: Driver’s License, Military, Passport or State ID.
Local Delivery
As one of our added value service, local deliveries is included to your business or home within (Claremont, La Verne and Upland, CA) . Please select "Local Delivery" at check out. Cities we deliver with minimum delivery of $50 or more: Claremont, La Verne, Upland, Glendora, San Dimas, Via Verde, Pomona, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, and Alta Loma.
Local deliveries are made Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4:00pm. We try our best to process local delivery orders as soon as possible. Shipping

When purchasing alcoholic beverages the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance with all their state and local laws in regards to the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of wine, that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or sales tax within their state and is working through properly licensed intermediaries (where required). All wines sold are sold in California, the title passes to the buyer in California. Plume Ridge Bottle Shop is not responsible for the importation of wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is responsible for the shipments of wine outside of California.
We are usually able to ship your order on the same day for orders placed by 12:00pm PST. However we may require a 1-3 business day window not including holidays or weekends to ship all orders due to the potential of heat exposure and other weather conditions. We do not ship on Fridays and in practice will ship all east coast orders on Mondays. Expect additional delays during summer months or under heat extremities.
We reserve the right to hold your package if the outside temperature exceeds 88 degrees. Plume Ridge Bottle Shop assumes no liability for wine damaged due during transport. This includes breakage, leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. We highly suggest you include shipping insurance to your order. All orders that do not have shipping insurance will only be eligible for refund of the shipping cost.
Plume Ridge Bottle Shop encourage you to use a commercial business address to ensure faster delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to provide an address for delivery where an adult over the age of 21 is present to sign. If an adult is not available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver the shipment will be made. If these delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the carrier will notify you that your shipment will be available for pick up at a local facility. If your wine is returned to us, you will still own the wine (all sales are final) and need to make other arrangements to get the wines to you. This will include additional shipping charges. All items purchased from Plume Ridge Bottle Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Weather Hold

We offer several gift wrapping themes that you can add to your shopping cart. Gift wrap can be found under Merchandise. Please select the type of theme and the quantity you need.
