We can only accept returns and exchanges of damaged or spoiled items that are still in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. We will not accept return of any wine that has been opened, harmed during transportation or harmed due to extreme weather conditions. We require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control. Based on our inspection and discretion, we may offer a replacement, refund or credit, less the original and return shipping charges.
If you are located outside of our local delivery service zone, we do not recommend ground delivery for wines due to the potential heat exposure or other weather conditions. We are not responsible for damaged wines due to the selection of ground delivery. We suggest you to consider using our local delivery service or select an expedited shipping service. We are also not responsible for wines that are older than 10 years old. Older wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability and label conditions of the wine.
Should products be damaged during shipping, except for leakage due to the selection of ground shipping, please email email@example.com immediately with photos and a description.
