Blason de L'Évangile is the second wine of the prestigious Château L'Évangile, one of the most esteemed estates in Bordeaux's renowned Pomerol appellation. With a history dating back to the 18th century, Château L'Évangile has long been celebrated for crafting elegant, Merlot-driven wines that express the unique clay and gravel soils of Pomerol. Produced from younger vines and selected vineyard parcels, Blason de L'Évangile reflects the estate's signature style of richness, finesse, and balance while offering an approachable expression that can be enjoyed earlier than the Grand Vin. Today, under the stewardship of the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) team, the wine continues to uphold the exceptional quality and craftsmanship associated with the estate.

Notes

Mineral nuances and hints of dark chocolate linger through a smooth, persistent finish.
