This is my all time favorite wine and Plume Ridge is the only place I trust to purchase from.
A deliciously complex Chenin Blanc
The Loire Valley produces some wonderful wines. I prefer the Chenin Blanc varieties because of their light, dry fruitiness. This wine from Chateau Pierre Clos is richer and more savory than other Loire Valley Chenin Blancs that I have tasted. I and my wife love it. She says that there is depth and complexity. Delicious.
Premier Cru?
I am no wine expert, but this burgundy is delicious and lives up to its designation as premier cru. Thank you.

Was I to have my wines shipped next week during a cool down or expect to wait until winter? A little more clarity regarding what to expect would be helpful to new customers.
