Magnificently located on the most coveted plot of the Côte Rôtie, the emblematic Côte Blonde nestled between Guigal and Chapoutier produces an extremely smooth and persistent wine with great aging potential. Its very beautiful plots of Saint-Joseph and Condrieu are spread over the vertiginous slopes between "chaillées" and terraces.

Appearance:
The wine shows a deep garnet color with vibrant purple hues, reflecting its youthful energy.

Nose:
It opens with an intensely aromatic bouquet of wild blackberries, cassis, and ripe plum, followed by floral notes of crushed violets and peony. Accents of black pepper, roasted herbs, and subtle smoked meat add complexity, while hints of toasted oak, earth, and graphite bring depth and elegance.

Palate:
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a silky texture and lifted acidity. Fine-grained tannins provide structure without being aggressive. The flavor profile reveals layers of dark fruit, spice, and mineral tones, leading into a persistent, savory finish with touches of roasted coffee and an iron-like minerality.
