Situated on the ruins of an ancient Roman villa, the Villa Des Anges Domaine is owned by Jaqueline Menard de Ginestous, who is from a prominent Languedoc wine-growing family. Home to a Mediterranean climate, the vineyards grow in ancient alluvial and clay/limestone soils. Villa des Anges wines are crafted by winemaker Jeff Carrel at the Espitalet des Anges domaine in Capestang.
Wine Notes
A Cabernet Sauvignon of great freshness, intensity and concentration. Well-structured, offering aromas of black cherries, with hints of red pepper and light, spicy cumin/coriander notes. Enjoy with a wide range of red meat and cheese dishes.
