Santa Barbara native Graham Tatomer got into wine while he was still in high school, working a summer job at Santa Barbara Winery. Initially it was a simple job but it soon grew into a passion and now nearly two decades later, this has become Graham's life pursuit. He is focused on producing Pinot Noir from cool sites that provides lighter style with nuanced flavors and bracing acidity.

All the vineyards are sustainably farmed, hand-harvested, and one of them (Duvarita) is certified biodynamic. Each clone is harvested separately and fermented in small batches. Winemaker Graham Tatomer is a fan of whole-cluster fermentation due to the aromatic lift and pallet feel it gives, so about 50% of the wine was fermented this way. All lots were aged for 12 months in neutral French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered

Wine Notes

A refined and polished wine. It offers aromas of crushed red berries, rose petals, and a hint of cedar, creating a complex and elegant nose. On the palate, you'll find bright red fruit flavors like cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle spice and earthy undertones. The wine's structure is enhanced by a balanced acidity and a smooth, flinty finish, making it both fresh and approachable. This Pinot Noir is aged for about 11-12 months in French oak, with a small percentage of new barrels, which contributes to its depth and complexity without overpowering the fruit. Only a limited number of cases were produced, making it a special find for Pinot Noir enthusiasts​.
