Located on the south slopes of Vienne, at the opposite of the Cote-Rotie vineyards with south, south-east facing slopes and on a clay-limestone soil. Vinification similar as the Cote-Rotie wines. Aged entirely into 2 to 5 year-old barrels between 9 and 18 months.
Wine Notes
Fruity and supple, and can be drunk now. Offering up red berries, aromas of black-currant and black-cherry. There's some power in this wine. Enjoy with your grilled meats, e.g., Venison, Tri-Tip, Pork Ribs and Rack-of-Lamb.
