Chateau Simone Palette Blanc 2021

Château Simone is a historic, family-run estate located in the tiny Palette appellation near Aix-en-Provence in southern France. With vineyards sheltered by the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, the estate is known for its traditional winemaking and old-vine plantings, some over a century old. Château Simone produces distinctive reds, whites, and rosés that are elegant, structured, and built to age, especially the remarkably complex white, which has become the signature of the Chateau. The Rougier family has stewarded the property for generations, preserving both its classical style and its reputation as the benchmark of the Palette region.
