Wine of ancient and noble origins which is produced in very small batches only in the best years. The pale red color with orange reflections typical of Grignolino. Vicara's plots of land occupy a total surface area of only 70 hectares. Fermentation and temperature controlled in stainless-steel tanks with the use of native yeasts.

Wine Notes
A bouquet of fresh flowers, with hints of violets as the dominate. Medium-bodied with red fruits such as blue & black berries. with some cinnamon spice and a fantastic balance with lively tannins to enhance and finish out the characteristics.

This is a unique wine and will defiantly impress other experienced wine drinkers. A perfect bottle to take to a wine party.

Try pairing with venison, braised red meats and traditional cheeses.
