Great start!

Having just recently started with the Cluster Club (interesting name...) I can only comment on the few bottles we have actually drank. In short, all have been wonderful! An absolutely wonderful dessert wine with an aroma and taste of the highest quality saffron. The strong saffron taste takes you by surprise and lingers. It is to be sipped slowly to enjoy its full rich lusciousness. I have been sipping it as an apéritif and will definitely buy it again. A wonderful present for someone dear or special.

Best White Bordeaux I’ve Tried

Tried at Union des Grand Crus des Bordeaux along with many other highly regarded white Bordeaux. We felt this one was quite a bit better, and it had some serious (and much higher priced) competition. Since then I’ve ordered it twice and having tasted many white Bordeaux from other vintages at tastings, our opinion has not changed.

A deliciously complex Chenin Blanc

The Loire Valley produces some wonderful wines. I prefer the Chenin Blanc varieties because of their light, dry fruitiness. This wine from Chateau Pierre Clos is richer and more savory than other Loire Valley Chenin Blancs that I have tasted. I and my wife love it. She says that there is depth and complexity. Delicious.
