Established in 2001, the Sea Shell Vineyard is nestled on the banks of the Huero Huero Creek just one mile east of the Salinas River. The vineyard site was chosen for its unique microclimate and extraordinary soil composition. Along with the attention to detail in selecting the site, the original owner strategically selected grape varietals and their proper clones that would take full advantage of the nourishment the estate provides.

WINE NOTES
Aroma. You’ll notice black cherry, a bit of tobacco sweetness, long pepper spice, hints of violets and fresh herbs, fresh blueberry, dusty cacao.
On the palate this Cabernet delivers fine-grained linear tannins with a concentrated mid-palate, a sweet raspberry entry, black pepper and spice undertones, black plum and expressive cassis — rich, layered, and flavorful.
