Their house cuvée is an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Using over 20 years old reserved wines and aged for 3 years on its lees. Every year, the perpetual reserve is enriched with wines from the latest harvest, so the final blend offers more breadth, depth, substance and complexity.

Dumenil Millesime Champagne 2015

The Dumenil Millésime Champagne 2015 is an excellent choice for Champagne enthusiasts who appreciate vintage expressions that capture the essence of a particular year, showcasing the best of what the 2015 harvest has to offer.

Tasting Notes: 

Aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus, and stone fruits are layered with hints of brioche, hazelnuts, and a touch of minerality. With age, it develops more complex secondary aromas, like honey and roasted nuts.

Dumeneil Amour de Cuvee Champagne

Effectively a Blanc de Noirs, made entirely from red-skinned grapes, this is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine was aged for five years on its lees before release, giving it a rich, full character that is just right. With maturing ripe white-fruit flavors, the wine is ready to drink.

Tasting Notes: 

Beautiful golden color and delicate fine bubbles. Aromas of blackcurrant, red currant, strawberry, dried fruit, grilled almonds, quince and plums. On the palate there's notes of raspberry, crushed strawberry with a rich texture and a biscuity flavor on the finish.
