Cirro Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Founded in 2009 by David Tyney, the business is now run by David and his brother Adam. Family underpins everything we do and we love nothing more than sharing lunch or dinner with a glass of wine after a day in the vineyard.

We are quality focused. From the vineyard to the winery, we go the extra mile to ensure our wines are the absolute highest quality.

We have two main soil types, our upper terrace is predominantly clay, this enhances the riper fruit spectrum and provides powerful palate weight while our bottom terrace is stony gravels and loam, which pushes a riper fruit spectrum whilst retaining freshness and palate definition.

Our home vineyard is organically farmed, prioritizing environmental sustainability. We plant cover crops which promotes soil health and biodiversity, and, use subsurface irrigation which conserves water and encourages deeper, healthier root development. Higher vine density provides optimal fruit to vine balance which intensifies flavor and give expression of terroir.

All grapes are sourced from premium vineyards in the Wairau Valley, Marlborough.
