Halloween Wine Cocktails

Don't get spooked by a little wine in your cocktail. In fact, wines can be used in many cocktail recipes. Get creative this Halloween and add some real "blood" to your drink. (Joking of course). Here are our top three wine inspired cocktails that will be perfect for Halloween.

 

The Red Tequila Monster

1/2 oz. Cabernet Sauvignon

1.5 oz. Agave Tequila

1 oz. Triple Sec1 oz. Agave Nectar

1 oz. Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Warning this glass might just come alive and take a bite. 

Vixen Cocktail

4 oz. Sparkling Wine 

1 oz. Chambord or Raspberry Liqueur

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Pour Pineapple Juice and Chambord or Raspberry Liqueur into a Champagne flute. Top with Sparkling wine and garnish with a strawberry.

 

The Ghost of Port

0.5 oz. White Rum

0.5 oz.  Ruby Port

0.5 oz. Grand Marnier

0.5 oz Lime Juice

Simple and easy to make, add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
