Special cuvee "Gravieres" from Chateau de l'Engarran. Chateau de L’Engarran is a beautiful 17th century chateau with a romantic formal French garden, is surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards. “Gravières” refers to the gravely soil and rounded pebbles typical of this terroir which is geologically similar to Châteauneuf-du-Pape and hydrologically similar to Graves de Bordeaux. The soil lends Les Gravières its signature minerality and spices, and its velvety texture and freshness. Currently 3 generations of women own and operate the estate. Maguerite Grill, Francine Grill, Diane Losfelt and Constance Rerolle.

40 hectares of vines are dedicated to Gres de Montpellier and Saint Georges d'Oreque appellations. These micro appellations have specific soil types that gives them the special designation. Gres de Montpellier is made up of gravel and rolled pebbles while Saint Georges d'Orques has red soil content with pink and white quartz. The remaining vineyards are spread over the town of Pignan. The vineyards enjoy 330 days of sunshine with a Mediterranean climate.

Ganache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault
