Wine Notes
Fine persistent bubbles, complex aromas of citrus fruits, apples, toasted bread, and floral notes. The wine exhibits a crisp acidity, a creamy texture on the palate, and a dry, refreshing finish, which are typical characteristics of this cuvee.
75% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 5% Meunier. Hand-harvested and Sustainably produced.
