Château Lafite Rothschild's Carruades de Lafite Pauillac 2022 is a sophisticated second wine from this iconic Bordeaux estate. Known for its elegance, depth, and finesse, the 2022 vintage showcases Pauillac's characteristic structure with notes of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry, and subtle cedar. Carefully crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a hint of Petit Verdot, it reflects both power and refinement, echoing the prestige of Lafite's terroir.

This smoking good second wine has more than a little Lafite character and offers ample red and black fruits, notes of tobacco, graphite, and leafy herbs, medium to full-bodied richness, silky, polished tannins, and a great finish. As with the Grand Vin, it's concentrated, powerful, and flawlessly balanced.
