Lifted, floral and bright, with very pretty aromatics of heady violet, green pepper and balsamic, then on to a plush palate textured with crunchy red fruit, elegant tart fruit, succulent tannins and focused, graceful tannins.
Wine Notes
This single vineyard wine has an intense ruby red color. The nose presents notes of ripe red and black fruits and spice. This wine has a strong oak presence that is expressed in its smoky notes, caramel and nutmeg. The palate has a sweet entry, firm tannins and very good structure.

Due to elevations between 3,600 and 4,200 feet above sea level, the vineyards of Uco Valley endure summers with diurnal temperature variances of up to 55°F from day to night. This extreme climate makes the vines work harder, driving colour and fruit intensity into the grapes.
