Vincent d'Astree is composed of 250 growers that encompasses 85 ha of Premier Cru vineyards in the town of Pierry. They are specialists of Pinot Meunier grape and considers themselves as the ambassador of Pinot Meunier. 

The Champagne house is named after the forename of the patron saint of the winegrowers and has three main assets that elevates their wines.  It's terrior is composed of stones and soils from Pierry that produces a natural wine with gun-flint and flinty flavors. Secondly, the position of the south facing vineyards help the grapes slowly ripen. Thirdly, their winegrowers are consisted of several generations of people who continuously improve and cultivate the terrior. 

A 1er Cru of 80% Meunier 20% Chardonnay with about 4 years of aging on the lees that creates some creamy textures.

A subtle, spring bouquet of fresh fruit, apple and pomegranate tingling with slightly autolytic (bread & cake) notes that highlight the achievement of this cuvee.
