A Plume Ridge Exclusive! Sparkling wine from Bordeaux produced from grapes carefully selected and hand-picked. The grapes are hand-picked from vineyards in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. Vinified under Methode Traditionnelle by going through secondary fermentation in the bottle, this cuvée is enhanced by extra aging time on the lees, resulting in richness on the palate and fine bubbles.
Blend: 70% Semillon and 30% Cabernet Franc
Wine Notes
Pale yellow with aromas of citrus and white flower, followed by flavors of lemon, almond and brioche. Perfect for all festive occasions or pair with chicken or seafood. 12% Alc. Content.
