Founded in 1991 by Paris Sigalas, Christos Markozane and Yiannis Toundas are considered pioneers in the organic viticulture movement and has been practicing organic farming since 1994. If you ever visit Santorini, you will find vines pruned to a basket-shaped “ampelies” to protect the grapes from direct sun exposure and strong winds.
