
Chateau Lagrange Les Fiefs de Lagrange St. Julien 2015
Chateau Lagrange is a Third Growth property located in St. Julien appellation of Bordeaux. It is one of the largest single estates in the Medoc currently over 118 uninterrupted hectares. Typical vines are about 30 years of age. In 1983 Suntory Group purchased the property and has since renovated and modernized the winery. Great care has been taken to the vineyards (yield control, harvest by hand) and vinification plot by plot give birth each year to a rich and elegant wine with long aging potential. Les Fief's is Lagrange's younger, more approachable wine to be enjoyed in its youth. The wine is aged for 12 months in 20% new French oak.

Wine Notes
Bright ruby red with purple hues, black and red fruit notes. Fresh on the palate with menthol and spices. Well balanced between acidity and tannin structure. Pair with steak and mushroom sauce, duck, risotto and mature cheeses.
