The estate consists of 39 hectares divided into 45 plots. Each one is treated like a separate vineyard because of the differences in the age of the vines, grape variety and soil type.  This \"tailor-made\" winemaking means that vats correspond exactly to individual vineyard plots and is conducive to fine-tuning the final blend of the wines.
