Boya Leyda Pinot Noir 2017
Boya translates to Buoy in English. A demarcation or point of reference in the ocean. In this case a point in the Leyda Valley of Chile where cool climate and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean makes great Pinot Noir.
The Garcés Silva family first planted vines in their property in 1999. They are are pioneers of the coastal Leyda Valley in Chile. All the grapes are able to ripen slowly resulting in wines that are fresh and elegent. All the wines are family owned and estate produced.
