Galuval "Le Plan" Cotes Du Rhone Villages 2019 Organic

This wine is an invitation to explore the complex and mysterious terroir of Plan de Dieu. Composed of pebbles and red clay, the Plan de Dieu is the oasis of the vine thanks to the rare combination of a nearby water table and a warm microclimate. Thanks to this particular configuration, the Syrah and the Grenache were able to draw an unexpected freshness from the soils and thus reach very good ripeness despite the scorching temperatures. This wine gives pride of place to fruit, the result of a perfect balance between the two grape varieties.

Respectful of its terroir, this wine comes from organic farming.

NOTES

The color is deep red with purplish reflections. The nose reveals notes of stewed fruit such as cherry or plum. The palate is dense and velvety with elegant fruity aromas, supported by a present woodiness and offering a harmonious finish.
