The name "La Tremenda" references the name of the vineyard from which the grapes for this wine are grown and hand harvested. Made entirely from mature Monastrell vines, carefully raised in the harsh, arid landscape of Alicante. "The vine must suffer..." and here it does.

WINE NOTES

A more delicate expression of Monastrell, with good balance, quite transparent; it was easy, and the wines have very good freshness, with less concentration but terrific balance and definition, quite fruit-driven but with complexity and depth. Bright ruby-red in color, this wine shows expressive notes of fresh black cherries and red berries mingled with hints of sweet spice, toast and cocoa. On the palate, this accessible red shows silky texture, liveliness and long length.
