Located in Sauternes, on one of the greatest white wine terroirs in France, Clos des Lunes is a magnificent rolling vineyard planted with old vine Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The same winemaking team as Domaine de Chevalier (Olivier Bernard and Remi Edange) brings you this expertly selected, hand harvested wine. Traditional vinification and aging of the best lots in barrels and vats for 6 to 7 months (25% in barrels, 75% in little vats). Aging on fine lees with regular stirring (batonnage).

Wine Notes

This top cuvée from the 2018 vintage brings tremendous amount of freshness. Aromas of citrus, ripe pear and acacia. With a touch of French oak the wine is rich with a refined profile. Well balanced on the palate with good lemon, stone fruit and vibrancy. Medium bodied with long finish. 13% Alc. Content.  Pair with cheese, grilled fish and seafood.
